Bill Klein

I was born in Oklahoma, but raised in San Jose, where I spent most of my work career in retail management. I moved to Sonoma County in 1999 seeking a more calm and rural environment. However, once I tasted Deerfield wines, my career made an abrupt turn. I found my passion and have been working at Deerfield for 14 years. I currently serve as the Tasting Room and Events Manager and have the privilege of working with the best tasting room team in Sonoma Valley and hosting events in our 23,000 square foot cave. 

When I am not in the Tasting Room, you can find me watching movies: Favorites include: Lawrence of Arabia, Lion In Winter. I would say my greatest achievement is raising three successful children and surviving their teenage years. Next time you visit Deerfield Ranch Winery, please be sure to stop me and say hello!
